The R&S ZVL13 (1303.6509.13) 13.6 GHz 50 ohm Vector Network Analyzer is a portable network analyzer in the compact class, and is therefore ideal for use in development, production, and service. It combines the functions of a network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, and power meter in a single box. Specifications. Frequency range: 9 kHz to 13.6 GHz (overrange 5 kHz to 15 GHz).
